Ms. Anne Goodman-Ms. Goodman, our Executive Facilitator Coordinator and former mayor of Durham, NH, began her career in education administration in 1972. She has a BS in Education from Slippery Rock State College and a Masters in Administration and Supervision from Antioch New England Graduate School. Throughout her education administrative tenure she has provided her various school districts top-notch staff development, including more than 1700 staff development hours with the University of Connecticut and the University of Boston. Her expertise spans the spectrum of planning, coordinating and implementing team building and leadership staff development programs. In addition to her duties with SAIL, she is a principal of an inner-city elementary school. It has experienced enormous success since she took over in 2000 due to her ability to manage and motivate her faculty and staff to work as an efficient and effective team.
