In addition to the customized elements that will be woven into your experience, your program will look like this:

You'll spend 3-4 days on beautiful Folly Beach in a beachfront home.  All meals will be provided, and they will be quite a treat.  Evening meals will follow cocktail hour to allow time to unwind, relax and socialize.  During the day you will have whole-group and small-group in-services designed to target your needs, as well as time to debrief and to tie the sailing activities more directly with your workplace. 

The captains will meet with you prior to sailing in order to provide background and safety information.  You will be broken into teams and assigned boats.  You'll then have two days of sailing.  A USCG certified captain will be aboard each vessel to provide instruction and ensure safety, but you and your employees will be handling the boat.  You'll learn to navigate the tricky shallows of the Folly River and Stono Inlet.  Once you've conquered that, you will experience the joy, exhilaration, and pride of sailing on the Atlantic Ocean. 

Expert facilitators and captains will guide you through processing what you have learned at sea and applying your work environment.  They will help you to transfer that confidence to your job to help you become more efficient, more productive, and consequently more satisfied.
